The purpose of this book is to provide guidance and an understanding of the concepts, intent, and the application of the ISO 9001:2008 or Quality Management System . This guidance may be used to implement quality management system regardless of the type or the size of organization. This book aims at generating awareness and providing overview of various terminologies, requirements, and architecture of ISO 9001:2008. In order to facilitate, various ready-to-use templates and figures are used in this guidance book, which may be customized as per the organization requirements.
