Disability is a universal phenomenon although awareness regarding disability, rights of the persons with disability and their rehabilitation in general and community based rehabilitation in specific still is not significant in the developing countries like Bangladesh.Some NGOs have come up with different intervention strategies to address the problem and they are learning from experience.
