This textbook is intended for students studying Civil Engineering and Architecture focused on Building Physics in an English course and for all who are interested in daylight phenomena and daylighting design as well as in applications of solar energy. The first part of this textbook introduces the daylight theory, the second part is devoted to practical tasks of daylighting design.
