In this immensely powerful self- help book Joanna invites readers into her world - the world of a person who went through various life struggles which enabled her to achieve success, gain resillience and mental strength.
A masterpiece when it comes to intertwine personal stories with practical guidelines on how to protect oneself against both physical and psychological threats.
A true jewell in the world full of trickery , manipulation and verbal ( or non ) abuse .
What I especially enjoyed in this publication is the practical knowledge on how to spot the red flags in our environment.
I find the book both linguistically and psychologically appealing .
This publication is a tool illuminating the pathway of every indipendent , modern woman.
